I couldn’t be more excited to have joined a rapidly growing start-up in the innovative world of robotic process automation (RPA)! From day one, our focus has been on driving the growth and success of the business, making fast decisions, and prioritizing what matters most.
We’ve made huge strides quickly, hiring top talent, moving to a bigger office in London, and expanding our operations from the EU, UK, and US to Latin America and India. And we’re not stopping there! By implementing minimum viable processes and products and gathering customer feedback to fuel our continuous improvement cycle, we’re constantly striving to be the best in the business. At first, our processes were minimum viable. However, we knew that to truly succeed, we would eventually need to focus on the tools and technology to support growth, alignment, and value creation in multiple areas, including service delivery, IT, HR, and PMO. So, we decided to automate everything we could only when we were ready, starting with understanding our processes based on exposure to production. This required a spotlight on developing solid architecture, practices, and frameworks to support our long-term goals.
The results have been incredible. We’ve scaled our operations and better served our customers by automating some key processes. And by investing in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, we’re ensuring the quality and security of our services and products are top-notch. I was so proud to be part of this dynamic and fantastic team, and I learned many precious lessons for which I am thankful.
